You can shop with piece of mind and feel comfortable knowing that your order will be shipped discretely in a plain brown box to your home or office. Packaging does not include any markings or marketing materials printed on the box for your privacy.

General Shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS, UPS or another reliable shipping carrier with tracking and drop-off without signature for all US domestic orders. We also offer and welcome all international orders with low cost shipping to most countries via USPS, UPS service.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Shipping fees are calculated at the time of checkout in your shopping cart, please fill out the shipping location and you can see the fees for your shipping area.

Can I track my order?

We provide a tracking number for most domestic and international orders; however some orders will not have a tracking number depending on the shipping carrier used.

Back-order Items

If one or more of your items are back-ordered, they will be shipped separately on a later date via standard shipping. If an item becomes back-ordered, we will notify you of the status. We will not charge you extra to ship a back-ordered item; however there might be a two to four week waiting period while you get the items back in stock.

Returns policy

Damaged and defective products can be returned but only for a replacement of the same product and it must be completed within 15 days from the date of purchase.
-Shipping charges for returns or exchanges of unwanted items cannot be refunded.
-Liquid products (oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath and body products), lingerie and batteries cannot be returned or exchanged.
-For all orders returns or exchanges, please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your replacement item(s) or store credit.

How to Return an Item

-You will have to contact our customer support and request a return for a damaged product.
-You will need to pack the damaged product with all accessories and items that came with the product.
-Have the item shipped back to the location or address listed on the shipping label or address our customer support team indicates, no later than 15 days from the purchase date.
